RETURNED & REFUSED PACKAGES POLICY |

If your package was returned to our facility for one of the reasons listed below, we will automatically refund your order amount less the shipping cost. No exceptions. Return reasons that meet these criteria are the following:
- Undeliverable
- Return to Sender
- Refused
- Address does not exist or is incorrect
- The Addressee has moved without providing a forwarding address
Our system uses an automatic address verification system and will prevalidate the address you provided for your order. If the address shows as "invalid" we will contact you via email and/or by phone to confirm your shipping address specifics prior to releasing your order. If we do not receive a response from you within 2 business days, we will cancel the order and void the payment.
