Once you have placed and paid for your order we can not make any changes. We process your orders quickly and changes are unable to be put through the system.
This includes changing your shipping address. However, if your order has already shipped we recommend contacting the carrier company to have the address changed or to set up mail forwarding. If your order ships to the address provided and that address is not your address, we are not liable for lost goods. If the package is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the cost of the goods less shipping (we already fulfilled that part of the transaction).
If your order is returned to us, we cannot re-ship it and you will have to place a new order.

I hope I’m getting my Vital4U Vitamins? My card was declined twice but I was Charged twice. I only wanted 1 order.
