There are a few possible reasons for this. Check whether the following applies to your order:
- You've already used the code. Our discount codes can only be used once, so if you've used the code in the past then it won't work again.
- The items aren't eligible. Check the terms and conditions of the code, and make sure the items in your cart aren't excluded items or quantities.
- The code has been entered incorrectly. This happens more often than you might guess! Check the code again carefully before re-entering.
- The code has expired. Check the expiration date of the discount as some of our codes run for a limited time or a limited amount of total use.
- You're trying to apply it to your subscription order. Our system only allows one (1) discount per order and when you order a subscription you are automatically discounted 5% on your subscription item.
